The Triangle, Phase 2, Austin, Texas - The parking garage for the mixed use retail residential development consists of a 6- story, precast concrete structure designed for 525 cars containing approximately 171,000 square feet.

Lake Vista Garage, Lewisville, Texas - The four story parking garage provides approximately 50,000 square feet per floor, with a total of 200,000 square feet. The perimeter walls are precast concrete bearing panels with double tee precast floors.

Centex Garage, Lewisville, Texas - Alongside the two story office building is a new two story parking structure. This 140,000 square feet parking structure is constructed with precast wall panels and double tee floors. The first floor is partially buried with cast-in-place retaining walls.
